Ramaiah Medical College

Established in 1979, Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, Karnataka is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences,
Karnataka and is also recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). It was earlier known as MS Ramaiah Medical College.
The college currently offers MBBS, MD and MS in all specialities, DM and M.Ch in the super specialities, PG Diploma and PhD courses.
It also offers Bachelors (BPT), Masters (MPT) and PhD in Physiotherapy. Ramaiah Medical College strives to provide a holistic environment to its students. From various cultural fests to numerous workshops, the college also organizes Career Guidance Programmes, Talks, Competitions, and Seminars.

This programme covers all preclinical, para-clinical and clinical disciplines through theory classes and
clinical training as mandated by the MCI guidelines.

All the seats, including NRI/Management quota, are allotted by merit through online counselling conducted by
Karnataka Examination Authority ( kea.kar.nic.in ). Selection is based on the rank obtained in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance
Test (NEET) conducted on an all-India basis by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
