SSIMS Davengere MBBS Admission 2022

SS Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center offers MBBS at the UG level. The student intake for MBBS is 150 seats. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology from a recognized board are eligible to apply.

Admission is given on the basis of the candidate’s merit in NEET UG conducted by CBSE and allotment of the seat is done through offline counselling conducted by the SSIMS.

Key Points:

• Candidates should be at least 17 years of age as on December 31, 2021 at the time of admission.
• Candidates should have passed English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually to be eligible for admission.
• 40% seats each are reserved for Government and Private quota admissions.
• The remaining 15% and 5% seats are reserved for NRI Sponsored quota and MGT/ IP quota admissions.

Facilities…

The infrastructure is one at par with latest patterns and designs. The staff consists of separate caretakers, maintenance staff and other attendants. Each hostel has a Warden from the teaching faculty of the colleges who is responsible for the discipline, maintenance of building, allotment of rooms etc.They also provide accommodation for the staff members.  The college possesses buses for helping students move from the hostels to the hospital and the other rural health canters for the purposes of teaching and training programmes.
