This round is the last opportunity for candidates who have not been allotted a seat in the previous rounds of counselling to secure admission to a medical college in Bihar.

• Publication of Provisional Seat Allotment: November 13, 2023
• Downloading of Allotment Order: November 13-15, 2023
• Document Verification: November 14-15, 2023

Eligibility for Special Stray Vacancy Round

Candidates who have not been allotted a seat in the previous rounds of counselling are eligible to apply for the special stray vacancy round. To be eligible, candidates must have:

• Qualied in the NEET UG 2023 exam
• Registered with BCECEB for NEET UG 2023 counselling

Registration Process

To register for the special stray vacancy round, candidates will need to:

• Visit the BCECEB website at BCECEB
• Click on the "NEET UG 2023 Counselling" link
• Click on the "Special Stray Vacancy Round" link
• Fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee
• Submit the registration form and take a printout for future reference

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment

Once registered, candidates will be able to fill out their choice of colleges. Seat allotment will be based on the candidate's rank and preferences. Candidates who are allotted a seat will need to download their allotment order and report to the allotted college for document verification.
