
The dates of CET 2024 are April 20 and 21.
The Common Entrance Test (CET) 2024, which is a state-level entrance exam for admission to various undergraduate courses in engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, and other fields offered by the government and private colleges in Karnataka, will be held on April 20 and 21, 2024. The CET 2024 will consist of four papers: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. The Physics and Chemistry papers will be held on April 20, 2024, from 10:30 am to 11:50 am and from 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm, respectively. Each paper will have 60 questions of multiple-choice type and the duration of each paper will be 80 minutes. The total marks for each paper will be 60 and there will be no negative marking. The candidates who wish to appear for the CET 2024 will have to fill the online application form on the official website or portal of the KEA. The application process will start from February 1, 2024, and will end on March 15, 2024. The candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500 for general and OBC candidates, Rs. 250 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, and Rs. 750 for candidates from outside Karnataka. The candidates will also have to upload the required documents, such as the photograph, signature, thumb impression, etc. The candidates will have to choose the exam center and language medium according to their convenience and availability. The KEA will release the admit cards for the CET 2024 in the first week of April 2024. The candidates will have to download the admit cards from the official website or portal of the KEA using their application number and date of birth. The candidates will have to carry the admit cards to the exam center along with a valid photo ID proof. The KEA will also release the mock tests and sample papers for the CET 2024 on the official website or portal to help the candidates prepare for the exam. The KEA will declare the results of the CET 2024 in the last week of May 2024. The candidates will be able to check their scores and ranks on the official website or portal of the KEA using their application number and date of birth. The KEA will also release the merit list and the cut-off marks for the CET 2024 on the official website or portal.
