First round of Karnataka PGCET Counselling 2023 Allotment Schedule Released; Details Here
The Karnataka Examination Authority ( KEA ) has released the schedule for the first round of counselling allotment for the candidates who have qualified the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2023. The PGCET is conducted for admission to various postgraduate courses such as MBA, MCA, MTech and MArch in the colleges of Karnataka. According to the official notification, the candidates can access the link to enter their preferences for the allotment round from January 13, 2024. The link will be available on the official website of KEA, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/. The candidates are advised to enter their choices in the order of their preference for the allotment. The mock allotment result will be published on January 17, 2024, and the candidates will have the option to change their choices till January 19, 2024. The first round seat allotment result will be announced on January 19, 2024, at 6 pm. The candidates who are allotted seats in the first round will have to exercise their choices by January 22, 2024. The choices are: The candidates who opt for Choice 1 and Choice 2 will have to pay the fees by January 24, 2024, within the banking hours. The last date for reporting at the allotted college is January 25, 2024. The candidates who opt for Choice 3 will have to wait for the second round of counselling, which will be conducted after the completion of the first round. The candidates can check the detailed schedule and the seat matrix for the first round of counselling on the official website of KEA. The candidates are advised to follow the instructions and guidelines given by KEA for the counselling process.
