The WBJEE 2024 Counseling Schedule has been issued by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board. Applicants should review the schedule on the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board's official website, wbjeeb.nic.in, before submitting an application for the counselling round.

The official schedule states that from July 10 to July 16, 2024, candidates will register, pay the registration cost, and fill out their choices. Candidates have until July 16, 2024, to change and lock their selections. On July 19, 2024, the Round 1 seat allocation outcome will be shown. The window for paying the ticket acceptance fee is July 19–July 24, 2024.

On July 26, 2024, the Round 2 seat allocation result will be shown. From July 26 to July 29, 2024, seat acceptance payments can be made. The registration window for the clean up round, registration fee payment, and choice filling will be open from July 31 to August 1, 2024. Candidates have until August 1, 2024, to change and lock their selections. On August 3, 2024, the mop-up seat allotment outcome will be shown. For newly allocated seats, the seat acceptance fee can be paid between August 3 and August 5, 2024.

For both the Mop-Up round and Round 1 counseling, there is a registration cost of Rs. 500, which is non-refundable in any case. The online method should be used to pay the fee.

Three rounds of counseling are planned: Mop-Up, Upgradation, and Allotment. Registration is open to candidates at the start of both Round I and the Mop-Up round. To guarantee a seat during counseling, registration is necessary. Unregistered candidates will not be given consideration for seat assignments in any round, with the exception of those participating in the Mop-up round.

Counseling is open to candidates who match the qualifying requirements and have achieved a rank (GMR) in either the WBJEE-2024 or JEE(Main)-2024 test. Interested applicants may visit the WBJEEB official website for additional information.
