IISc Bangalore extends GATE 2024 registration deadline again

The Indian Institute of Science ( IISc) Bangalore has extended the GATE 2024 registration deadline again. The new deadline to register without a late fee is October 12, 2023. Candidates can register with a late fee of Rs. 500 till October 20, 2023. The earlier deadline for registration without a late fee was October 5, 2023. The IISc had extended the deadline once before, to September 29, 2023. The GATE 2024 exam will be held on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. The admit cards for the exam will be released on January 3, 2024. The GATE is a national-level entrance exam for admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, and science. It is also used by some public sector undertakings (PSUs) for recruitment. The IISc is the organizing institute for GATE 2024. It is one of the top engineering institutes in India and is ranked among the top 200 universities in the world.
